Abstract
The Community Service Program (PPM) activity by the Physical Education Study Program Team of the Faculty of Teacher Training at PGRI Adi Buana University Surabaya, in collaboration with the Surabaya City Kickboxing Association, was successfully implemented. The event was attended by 21 athletes and two coaches. The process included planning, coordination with the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI), preparation of physical tests, test simulations, outreach, and test implementation. The test results provided the basis for the athletes' training programs. Factors such as training planning, nutrition, and rest were focused on improving performance. In conclusion, a measurable training program and an understanding of the importance of a healthy lifestyle and immunity are expected to improve the performance of kickboxing athletes.
